Description

The HP Poly Studio 7 Room Compute for Zoom Rooms is the Windows mini PC at the centre of a modular Zoom meeting space. An Intel Core Ultra 7 366H with 16 cores and an integrated NPU rated at 50 TOPS handles the AI camera and audio processing that modern room systems depend on, backed by 32 GB of DDR5-5600 memory and a 256 GB PCIe NVMe SSD.

Video and peripheral connections sit on the rear panel: HDMI 2.1b, two DisplayPort 2.1 outputs and a Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C port that also carries DisplayPort 2.1, alongside Gigabit Ethernet, a 2.5 Gbps PoE port for an IP touch controller, an HDMI ingest input and four USB ports. The ports are colour-coded and the chassis takes a magnetic mounting kit, which keeps installation behind a display quick and repeatable. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 are built in.

This part number ships with Zoom Rooms preinstalled; the hardware is otherwise identical to the Microsoft Teams Rooms build. A Zoom Rooms licence is required and sold separately, as are the touch controller and the room camera and audio devices. Rooms are configured, monitored and updated remotely through Poly Lens Cloud, and the platform is protected by HP Wolf Security for Business with TPM 2.0. The chassis uses at least 60% post-consumer recycled plastic.
