Description

This bundle is a ready-made Zoom Rooms system for a medium meeting room seating six to ten people. It pairs the Poly Studio USB video bar with a Poly TC10 touch controller and an HP Mini Conferencing PC, so the room needs only a display, a network drop and a Zoom Rooms licence.

The Poly Studio bar captures 4K UHD at a 120 degree field of view with 5x electronic pan, tilt and zoom, and Poly DirectorAI handles speaker, group and people framing plus presenter tracking. Six beamforming microphone elements pick up voices to about 4.5 m, integrated stereo speakers put out 90 dB at 0.5 m, and Poly NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence keep unwanted noise out of the call.

Room control runs on the Poly TC10, a 1280 x 800 touch panel that pairs over the network rather than needing a dedicated cable run. The HP Mini Conferencing PC drives it all on an Intel Core i7-12700T with vPro, a 256 GB NVMe SSD and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, and ships with two DisplayPort to HDMI 4K adapters and a VESA mounting sleeve. A Zoom Rooms licence is required and is sold separately.
