Description

The Yeti is the microphone most podcasts, streams and remote presentations started on. Three 14 mm condenser capsules sit behind a single grille and combine into four selectable polar patterns - cardioid for one voice, bidirectional for a two-person interview, omnidirectional for a group around the mic, and stereo for music or ambience.

It records at 48 kHz / 16-bit over USB, and a built-in headphone amplifier with its own volume control provides zero-latency monitoring so the speaker hears themselves without the round trip through the computer. Gain and mute are physical controls on the body rather than software ones.

The supplied desk stand holds the microphone at speaking height and pivots for angle; it unscrews for mounting on a boom arm. Maximum SPL is 120 dB, and the frequency response covers 20 Hz to 20 kHz. This is the Midnight Blue finish.
