Logitech Spot Presence and Environmental Sensor - EMEA (EU868)

Logitech Spot is a wall-mounted sensor that tells you whether a space is actually being used and what the air in it is like. Presence is detected by mmWave radar rather than a camera or a PIR, reaching up to 8 m across a 120-degree horizontal and 100-degree vertical field, so it registers seated, still occupants that motion sensors miss.

Alongside occupancy it carries a full environmental stack: a non-dispersive infrared CO2 sensor covering 400 to 10,000 ppm, a laser particle counter for PM2.5 and PM10 from 0 to 1,000 micrograms per cubic metre, a metal-oxide chemiresistor for total volatile organic compounds from 1 to 6,000 micrograms per cubic metre, a MEMS pressure sensor across 30 to 125 kPa, and temperature and humidity sensing. The readings feed Logitech Sync for occupancy, room health and room energy insights.

Deployment is deliberately simple. The sensor sticks to the wall on its adhesive bracket or screws down with the two supplied fixings, and runs for up to four years on a single lithium thionyl chloride D cell, or continuously from USB-C. It reports over Bluetooth to a nearby Logitech CollabOS device such as Tap Scheduler or a Rally Bar, or over LoRaWAN to a Kerlink iFemtocell Wirnet gateway when you need site-wide coverage.
