Description
<p>The MS30 (S) is the short-stand variant of Lenovo's docking monitor sound bar, sized for the smaller ThinkVision panels. The audio hardware is identical to the standard MS30: two 35 x 16mm drivers delivering 2 x 2W RMS across 140Hz to 20kHz into 4 ohms, 85dB sensitivity at 1W and half a metre, better than 64dB signal-to-noise and under 3 per cent distortion.</p><p>What changes is the stand — 124mm tall rather than 152mm — and the weight, 158g rather than 244g. It docks into the monitor's own connector, so there is no separate USB or power lead, and a key for the integrated security lock is supplied.</p><p>Lenovo's structured compatibility record for this part lists the smaller ThinkVision panels: P24h-30, P24q-30, P25i-30, P49w-30 and T34w-30. Cover is a three-year customer-replaceable-unit warranty.</p>
