Description

INOGENI's 4K2USB3 HDMI 4K to USB 3.0 capture card (camera converter) is compact and powered directly from a USB 3.0 port. It converts 4K Ultra HD HDMI video and audio to USB 3.0 without compression, and is recognised by the host as a UVC USB camera, so the HDMI input can be used as a video camera or a content source. No driver installation is necessary and it works with software compatible with DirectShow, AVFoundation and V4L2.

Uncompressed 4K capture over USB 3.0

Converts 4K Ultra HD HDMI (video and audio) to USB 3.0 without compression; USB 2.0 falls back to 1080p MJPEG on devices with serial numbers 4K2037XXX and above.

UVC camera, no drivers

Recognised as a USB camera (UVC) and supports the HDMI input as a video camera or content source; Zoom Rooms content camera compatible. No driver installation necessary.

Automatic hardware processing

Hardware-based video scaler, colour space conversion, sampling conversion and frame rate conversion.

HDMI audio support

Two-channel LPCM audio from HDMI, channels 1 and 2 at 48 kHz.

Bus powered

Powered by USB at 5 V / 716 mA; no external power supply required.
