The iiyama ProLite S2225AS-B1P is a purpose-built small-format digital signage display, not a desktop monitor — iiyama markets it specifically for reliable, unattended content playback in supermarkets, retail stores and public spaces. Its ultra-compact, lightweight form factor allows installation on shelves, end-caps, counters and narrow wall areas where a standard commercial display would not fit. Built around Android 14 with an on-board iiSignage² content management system, the S2225AS-B1P can run and update its own playlists without an external media player. Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3at, up to 72W) delivers power and network connectivity over a single cable, dramatically simplifying installation compared to conventional mains-and-signal wiring. The Full HD IPS panel reaches 500 cd/m² brightness, well above typical desktop-monitor levels, for clear visibility in bright retail environments. iiyama guarantees platform compatibility for a minimum of five years, giving retail and hospitality operators long-term confidence when standardising on this display for shelf-edge and point-of-sale messaging.
