Description

The Epson ELPLW05 (V12H004W05), known as Wide zoom 1, is an interchangeable wide-throw zoom lens for Epson's high-brightness 3LCD installation projectors. It gives a larger image than the standard lens from the same position, which suits meeting halls, classrooms, rental and staging where the projector cannot be moved further back.

It has a 17.6 to 24.3 mm focal length with an f/2.0 to 2.23 aperture. Throw ratio depends on the projector's panel size: about 1.04 to 1.46:1 on 0.76-inch WUXGA models such as the EB-G7000 series and EB-L1000 series, and about 0.77 to 1.07:1 on 1.03-inch WUXGA models such as the EB-L1500U/L1505U. Zoom and focus are motorised and controlled from the projector. The lens is rated for projectors up to 20,000 lumens.

Compatible projectors include the Epson EB-G7000, G7200, G7400, G7500, G7805, G7905, L1105, L1200, L1300, L1405 and L1500 series, plus later EB-PU Series models. Check the projector's lens list or Epson's throw distance calculator to confirm screen size and distance before ordering.
