<p>The WB3023 is Dell's mid-range desktop webcam and a straightforward upgrade on any built-in laptop camera. A Sony sensor behind an f/2.0 lens captures 2K QHD at 30fps, or HD at 60fps, with autofocus and a choice of a 65 degree head-and-shoulders framing or a wider 78 degree view.</p><p>HDR with combined 3D temporal and 2D spatial noise reduction keeps faces correctly exposed against a window or in a dim room, and Facial Detection Auto Exposure meters for the person rather than the background. A noise-reduction microphone with around 3 metres of pickup is built in, so a small desk or huddle setup does not need a separate audio device.</p><p>An integrated privacy cap physically covers the lens when it is not in use. The camera mounts on panels up to 5.5cm thick, tilts and swivels, and has an integrated tripod thread. It connects over USB-A on a 1.5m cable, is certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and carries a three-year limited hardware warranty with Advanced Exchange.
