Description

The Chief PSMO2168 is a custom fixed wall mount for Samsung’s 55 in outdoor display range, including the OH55A-S and OH55F. It is a cost-effective way to put an outdoor panel on a wall without specifying a universal mount and then adapting it, and it installs in either landscape or portrait.

The design is weatherproof, with an outdoor-rated finish and stainless steel hardware. Chief’s Q-Latch mounting system secures the display to the wall plate and the latch itself is lockable, so a padlock can be added where the installation is publicly accessible. Quick installation and quick release are both supported.

The mount keeps a low profile at 97 mm minimum depth, which is specified to meet Samsung’s airflow requirements for the host panel. It is finished in black and is TAA compliant. Chief notes that it is not currently compatible with the OHDX series. Chief does not publish a weight capacity figure for this SKU, so none is stated here.
