Description

The ASUS ZenBeam L2 is a battery-powered Full HD portable projector built around a 30,000-hour LED light source. It projects at native 1920 x 1080 with a maximum input resolution of 3840 x 2160, and ASUS rates its output at 960 LED lumens or 400 ANSI lumens. The 65 Wh six-cell battery gives up to 3.5 hours of runtime in low-power mode.

Setup is largely automatic. Autofocus handles sharpness, auto horizontal and vertical keystone correction of +/-40 and +/-30 degrees squares the image, and four-corner adjustment covers awkward positioning. A fixed 1.2:1 throw ratio produces a 30 to 120 inch image from between 0.8 m and 3.2 m.

Audio comes from a 10 W Harman/Kardon-tuned speaker with Smart AMP. Connectivity covers HDMI, an internal micro HDMI for the bundled Android TV box, USB-C with DisplayPort and power delivery, USB-A and audio out. The projector weighs 1.57 kg, has a tripod thread and ships with a carrying bag.
