Description
The Vivitek DU9055Z is a large-venue installation laser projector with a native WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution and a rated 24,000 ANSI lumens, built around a single-chip 0.96-inch DMD with DarkChip3 DLP technology. Note this is a WUXGA-native engine that accepts and scales 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 @60Hz) input signals rather than a native 4K panel. A 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and laser light source rated for up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode make it suited to demanding, always-on venues such as stadiums, auditoriums and museum installations. Vivitek offers seven optional interchangeable lenses spanning a 0.38:1 to 10.3:1 throw ratio range, from ultra-short throw through to long-throw, so the DU9055Z can be specified for almost any room geometry. Built-in edge blending, geometric correction and automatic colour uniformity correction support multi-projector arrays, and the projector supports 360-degree and portrait orientation for continuous 24/7 operation. Connectivity is extensive: dual HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI-D, dual 3G-SDI in/out, 5-BNC component video, RJ45 (HDBaseT/LAN), RS-232 and USB-A. At 45.4kg and rated for continuous professional duty, the DU9055Z is backed by Vivitek's 5-year (or 20,000-hour laser) warranty.
