Description

The Vivitek DH3665ZN is a standard throw DLP projector with a native 1920 x 1080 resolution and a rated brightness of 4,500 ANSI lumens. A laser phosphor light source replaces the traditional lamp, so there are no lamps to change and brightness stays more consistent over the life of the unit.

Its main difference from a standard projector is the embedded NovoConnect platform. Laptops, tablets and phones running Windows, macOS, Ubuntu, Chromebook, Android or iOS can present wirelessly, up to four sources can be shown on screen at once, and moderation lets the host control who is presenting. Annotation tools are also built in.

For installation it offers a 1.5x zoom (1.39 to 2.09:1 throw ratio), keystone correction of up to 30 degrees in both directions and a full set of wired inputs, including two HDMI, VGA, composite, LAN and RS-232. Vivitek positions it for medium-sized meeting rooms, and NovoConnect is offered in corporate and education editions.
