Description
This kit combines the Vision TC3-AMP Techconnect amplifier module with a pair of Vision SP-1800 passive wall loudspeakers. It suits meeting rooms, classrooms, training rooms, museums and presentation suites where there is no furniture to put an amplifier on.
The TC3-AMP is a Class-D amplifier delivering 2 x 25W RMS into 8 ohms, and it can drive a 4 ohm load of up to four 8 ohm speakers. It mounts in the wall in the supplied single-gang backbox and surround, or alongside other Techconnect modules in a double-gang surround. It has two stereo inputs on removable Phoenix connectors, with input 1 also on a front-panel minijack, a single dial for power, input and volume, and an IR remote control. It can be set to return to a preset input and level at power-on.
The SP-1800 speakers are 3-way designs with a 5.25in woofer, 1in mid-range and 0.5in tweeter, a bass reflex port and a metal grille. They are rated at 50W RMS, 8 ohms, and come in white ABS with wall brackets that tilt 30 degrees up or down.

In-wall amplifier
The amplifier fits in a single-gang wall box, so it stays out of the way and is harder to steal.
2 x 25W Class-D output
It drives the pair of SP-1800s supplied, or up to four 8 ohm speakers on a 4 ohm load.
