Description

The SP-1900P is Vision's professional powered bookshelf pair, aimed at classrooms, meeting rooms, bars and restaurants where a simple, permanent stereo system is wanted and there is no space or budget for a rack. The amplifier lives in the master cabinet and drives the passive slave over a supplied five-metre cable.

A 5.25-inch polypropylene woofer and a 0.5-inch Mylar dome tweeter make up the two-way system, helped by a bass reflex port that lets the woofer move further and reinforces the low end. Rated output is 2 x 30 watts dynamic and 2 x 15 watts RMS at 8 ohms, with a frequency response from 45 Hz to 20 kHz.

Inputs are a stereo 2-phono pair and Bluetooth 5.0, which auto-switches when a device pairs and can be turned off with a button on the rear if it is not wanted. RS-232 allows tone, volume and input selection from a control system; note that there is no remote control with this model. Adjustable C brackets are included for wall mounting, or the cabinets can sit on a shelf. Vision covers them with a lifetime return-to-base warranty.
