Description
The ViewSonic V40HD is a 1080p laser projector from ViewSonic's lamp-free Luminous Superior Series, built for business and education spaces. Third-generation laser phosphor technology delivers 4,000 ANSI Lumens (independently rated to the ISO/IEC 21118:2020 brightness standard as ISO Lumens) with a 30,000-hour light-source life, reducing power consumption by up to 59% versus equivalent lamp projectors. A 0.65" 1080p DMD chip provides native 1920x1080 resolution and a 3,500,000:1 contrast ratio, with a sealed IP6X, filter-free optical engine for consistent colour and minimal maintenance. HDMI 2.0b with HDCP 2.2 accepts 4K UHD/HDR10/HLG sources at up to 60Hz, and a 1.1x optical zoom with H/V keystone, 4-corner correction, and 360-degree/portrait projection support flexible mounting for meeting rooms, classrooms and golf-simulator installs. A 15W built-in speaker, dual HDMI inputs and a 5V/1.5A USB-A output for ViewSonic's ViewShare wireless dongle complete the feature set, with USB firmware updates for on-site servicing.
