- This is not a touch display. There is no touch layer, no pen and no annotation, so nobody can write on the glass. An interactive panel is the product for that.
- At 75 inches the wall structure decides the installation. Confirm what is behind the plasterboard, specify a fixing into structure or timber backing, and plan a two-person lift and a clear route through the building.
- Decide whether the built-in Android is enough or you need a player. Android 11 handles USB playback and wireless presentation; a corporate content system or a Windows application needs the slot-in PC bay filled or an external player, and the slot-in PC is an extra to be quoted.

No. It is a non-touch presentation display. ViewSonic's specification lists no touch layer, no touch points and no pen, so it cannot be annotated. An interactive panel is the right product where writing on screen matters.
Who is the ViewSonic CDE7530 best suited to?

Can it be left switched on continuously?
Yes. ViewSonic rates it for 24/7 operation and describes 24/7 video playback in its feature list, so it is built for unattended running rather than office hours only. Agree the schedule and the power arrangement at installation.
Does it need a separate media player or PC?
Not for straightforward signage or wireless presenting. Android 11 with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage runs on the display itself. For a corporate content system or a Windows application, either fit the slot-in PC bay or add an external player; neither is included with the display.
What is the slot-in PC bay for?
It takes a ViewSonic slot-in computer, so a Windows session runs inside the display instead of in a box on a shelf. The bay is empty as supplied and the PC is quoted separately. The slot-in PC has its own processor and memory, which are not the display's own specification.
Can I connect a laptop with a single USB-C cable?
Yes. The USB-C input carries DisplayPort video, USB data, Ethernet sharing and up to 65W of charge over one cable, so a visitor can present and charge without a separate power supply. The laptop and cable must support those functions.
What should I check about the wall before ordering a 75-inch display?
Check what the wall is made of and what is behind it: a panel this size needs a fixing into structure, or into timber or steel backing, rather than plasterboard alone. Also check the route into the room, the mounting height for seated viewers, and whether power and network points can sit behind the screen.
Which version of Android does the CDE7530 run?
Android 11, as listed in ViewSonic's specification table. That is an older platform than the current commercial series, so if your signage or room-booking application states a minimum Android version, check it before ordering, or plan to drive the screen from a slot-in PC or external player instead.
Are the built-in speakers enough for a boardroom?
Two 10W speakers are built in, which is modest for a room that takes a 75-inch screen. They cover video playback, but quote external speakers for conference audio or anywhere speech has to carry; an S/PDIF output is provided.
