No. It is a non-touch commercial display. ViewSonic's specification lists no touch layer, no touch points and no pen, so nobody can annotate on the glass. An interactive panel is the right choice for writing on screen.

Yes. The USB-C input carries video, data and up to 65W of charge in one cable, which suits a meeting room where visitors bring their own machines. The laptop and cable must support those functions, and a laptop needing more than 65W will still want its charger.
How many HDMI inputs does the CDE5531-1C have?
Three HDMI 2.1 inputs on the rear, with ARC on the first, plus an HDMI output for feeding a second screen and the USB-C input. A fixed room PC and a guest source can therefore stay plugged in at the same time.
Can it be mounted in portrait?
