Description
The Sony VPL-FHZ131L is Sony's brightest large-venue 3LCD laser installation projector, delivering 13,000 lumens (13,600 lm centre) from a WUXGA (1920x1200) BrightEra panel set for conference halls, lecture theatres, galleries, museums and other large spaces. A 20,000-hour laser light source removes the need for lamp changes, and Sony's Intelligent Setting function pre-configures brightness, cooling and colour presets for fast installation. IMPORTANT: this unit is sold body-only. The FHZ131L is supplied without a projection lens - focus, zoom and lens shift are all powered, but the lens itself must be selected and purchased separately from Sony's VPLL-Z4xxx range (from the short-throw VPLL-Z4107 at 0.75:1 up to the long-throw VPLL-Z4045 at 5.56:1-7.5:1) to match the venue's throw distance. This is standard practice for Sony's large-venue FHZ-L series and lets integrators specify exactly the optics a given room needs. This is the black-chassis version. Networked control and monitoring via Crestron Connected and Extron XTP Systems is supported, along with edge blending for seamless multi-projector displays and lens position memory (with the optional VPLL-Z4111 lens) for quick recall of screen size, position and aspect ratio.
