The ViewFinity S8 S80UD (S37D800UAU) is a 37-inch 4K desktop monitor built around single-cable docking: one USB-C connection carries video, data and 90W of charging to a laptop, and the built-in KVM switch lets one keyboard and mouse drive two connected machines.

The VA panel runs 4K (3,840 x 2,160) at 350 cd/㎡ with a 3000:1(Typ) contrast ratio, 178˚/178˚ viewing angles and a Max 60Hz refresh rate — a productivity panel rather than a gaming one. Connectivity is HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, 1 EA USB-C and a 3-port 3.0x3ea hub. There are no speakers.

With the stand it measures 823.9 x 648.0 x 250.0 mm at 8.9 kg, or 5.9 kg on a VESA arm. Typical draw is 37.0 W against a 190 W maximum, and Samsung quotes 54 kWh/year. HDMI and USB-C cables are supplied in the box.
