The Premiere 5 (SP-LPF5DSAXXXU) is Samsung's 2025 Full HD ultra short throw lifestyle laser projector, part of The Premiere lifestyle range. It projects a Full HD (1920 x 1080) image up to 100 inches from just 43.3cm away from the wall, using Triple Laser Technology for an extended colour spectrum and 560 lumens of brightness, with HDR10+ support and a native contrast ratio of 1000:1. A genuinely distinguishing feature of this model is Touch Interaction: when paired with Samsung's optional Touch Stand accessory, an infrared camera and IR laser work together to turn the projected image into a touchscreen, allowing users to tap, swipe and interact directly with content, or mirror and control a connected mobile device via SmartThings. This is a genuine, currently-marketed Samsung feature (not a mislabel) - it is explicitly built into this SKU and requires the separately-sold Touch Stand; without the stand, the projector still functions as a standard ultra short throw laser projector. The Premiere 5 runs Samsung's Tizen Smart TV platform for built-in streaming apps, supports Dolby Digital Plus audio through a 2-channel 10W speaker system, and includes Wi-Fi (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.2, two micro-HDMI inputs and a USB-C port. Auto Keystone and Auto Focus simplify setup in home and lifestyle environments.
