Description

The Poly Studio G62 is a modular room system: rather than fixing the camera, microphones and speaker into one bar, it acts as the codec and lets each part be selected for the room. Poly cameras and IP microphones connect over the network, so a large or awkwardly shaped space can be covered properly.

Video runs at 4K 30 fps and 1080p 60 fps across H.264, H.264 High Profile, H.265, H.264 SVC and H.263, with content input accepted up to 3840 x 2160 over HDMI or USB Type-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode. Two HDMI 2.0 outputs drive dual displays. Wireless sharing covers Apple AirPlay and Miracast alongside digital whiteboarding, and the unit carries 802.11ax wireless and Bluetooth 5.1.

Connectivity is a PoE+ 802.3at Class 4 LAN port plus a second RJ-45, two USB Type-A, one USB Type-C, HDMI in, two HDMI out and line in and out. One PoE+ cable carries both power and network, and a magnetic mount keeps the installation tidy behind a display. The codec is certified for Microsoft Teams and Poly Video, supports native third-party apps including Zoom, RingCentral, Dialpad and GoToRoom, and is managed remotely in Poly Lens. Cameras, microphones and controllers are sold separately.
