Description
The Panasonic PT-FRZ60 is a WUXGA (1920 x 1200) 1-Chip DLP installation projector producing 6,000 lm (ANSI) from a durable solid-state laser module, positioned as a cost-effective, lamp-free replacement for legacy PT-RZ570-class projectors. It shares the same 2.0x optical zoom lens (1.46-2.94:1 throw ratio) and V/H lens-shift range as its predecessor, so it drops into existing mounting brackets and installation designs. A Quiet Mode reduces operating noise to a claimed 30 dB, useful in acoustically sensitive boardrooms, lecture theatres and broadcast environments. The laser light source is rated at approximately 20,000 hours in Normal mode, and filterless cooling removes routine filter maintenance from the upkeep schedule. Dual HDMI inputs accept uncompressed 4K/60p signals (HDCP 2.2-compliant), and a DIGITAL LINK terminal allows long-distance signal and control transport over a single LAN cable. With 360-degree installation freedom, geometric and edge-blending adjustment tools, and a 20,000-hour maintenance-free light source, the PT-FRZ60 targets corporate, education and house-of-worship installations that need reliable WUXGA laser brightness without ongoing lamp costs.
