Description

The AW-SF300 is a Visual Preset software key that adds intuitive GUI-based operation to Panasonic's free PTZ Control Center software for managing and controlling multiple Panasonic 4K/HD PTZ cameras from a PC. The plugin lets users set up preset groups with registered subject positions and recall presets for several cameras at once by clicking subject icons on a GUI screen, which can be backgrounded with interior photos or seating charts of the shooting location. Camera positions are shown as icons and the cameras in the currently selected preset group are highlighted, so the operator can see at a glance which cameras are shooting. Panasonic also lists voice-triggered preset activation from Panasonic wireless microphones. Panasonic offers a 90-day free trial before a licence key is required.

GUI preset groups

GUI screens can be set for each shooting location, and preset groups with registered subject positions can be managed.

One-press multi-camera recall

All cameras registered in a group can be directed toward the subject with a single press of the preset group icon on the GUI screen. A two-step preset recall setting is also available.

At-a-glance camera status

Camera positions are displayed as icons on the GUI screen, and the icons of cameras in the currently selected preset group are highlighted so the user can see which cameras are shooting.

Designed for non-specialists

Operation using a PC mouse and GUI screen provides ease of use for users who are unfamiliar with the operation of video equipment; photographs and layout diagrams can be set as the screen background.

Voice-activated presets

PTZ camera presets can be activated by voice input from Panasonic wireless microphones.

90-day free trial

Panasonic offers a 90-day free trial of the Visual Preset plugin; a licence key is required for continued use.
