Logitech Large Room Solution for Google Meet with Rally Plus

This is Logitech's large-room configuration of its Room Solutions for Google Meet. It is built on the Logitech Rally Plus system (960-001225), which ships with the Rally PTZ camera, two Rally Speakers, two Rally Mic Pods, the Display Hub and Table Hub, an RF remote, two power supplies and the interconnecting cables. The kit adds a Logitech Tap touch controller with Cat5e Kit, a Google-approved ChromeOS compute system with mount, the Rally Mounting Kit (939-001644) and a Rally Mic Pod Hub (939-001647).

The Rally camera is an Ultra-HD imaging system supporting 4K at 30fps and 1080p at up to 60fps, with motorised pan of plus or minus 90 degrees, tilt from plus 50 to minus 90 degrees, 15x HD zoom and a 90 degree field of view. Two speakers are driven by the amplifiers built into the Display Hub, and each Rally Mic Pod covers a 4.5 m pickup diameter using four microphones and eight beamforming elements. With the two supplied pods Logitech recommends up to 16 participants; the system accepts up to seven pods for rooms of up to 46 seats, and the supplied Mic Pod Hub takes three connections to keep cabling under the table.

Control is by a Logitech Tap touch controller: a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 touchscreen set at a 14 degree angle, with an oleophobic anti-glare coating, an integrated PIR motion sensor for always-on readiness and an HDMI input for wired 1080p content sharing. The supplied Cat5e Kit carries both USB data and power over category cable, so Tap needs no power outlet at the table; 2.97 m and 7.0 m Cat5e leads are included and installer-supplied runs of up to 40 m total are supported. A Google Meet hardware licence is required and is not included in the kit.
