Huddly Canvas Whiteboard Content Camera Kit (UK)

Huddly Canvas solves a specific problem: an ordinary whiteboard is unreadable to remote participants, because the person writing stands in front of it and the room camera sees it at an angle. Canvas mounts 14 cm above the board, looks down at it, and produces a corrected, enhanced stream that goes into the call as content rather than as a second camera view.

It is certified as a Microsoft content camera and is recognised as a whiteboard camera by both Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, so sharing the board is a button press in the meeting rather than a configuration exercise. The processing removes the presenter and lifts the ink so that pen marks read clearly on the far end.

The kit includes an integrated USB extender, allowing up to 100 m between the camera and the room compute over Ethernet cabling — which matters, because the camera has to be at the whiteboard and the room PC is usually not. It supports whiteboards up to 2 x 1.2 m.
