Description
The Epson EB-PU2216B is a high-brightness, 16,000-lumen (11,200 lumens Economy) WUXGA laser projector with 4K Enhancement and HDR, built for large auditoriums, live events, staging and visitor attractions that demand rich textures and sharp images at scale. Despite its output, the compact chassis is significantly lighter and easier to install than comparable large-venue projectors. Important: this is a body-only unit and does not include a lens. Epson supplies the EB-PU2216B without a standard lens so installers can select from a wide range of interchangeable options - including ELPLL08, ELPLL10, ELPLM10, ELPLM11, ELPLU03S, ELPLU04, ELPLW06, ELPLW08, ELPLX02S and ELPLX02WS - to match throw distance and venue geometry exactly. A compatible lens must be purchased separately before the projector can be used. The hermetically sealed optical engine is rated IP5X for dust resistance, keeping brightness stable in demanding rental, staging and touring environments, and the laser light source is rated for 20,000 hours of virtually maintenance-free operation. At 24.3kg, it suits boardrooms, auditoriums, classrooms, projection mapping and signage installations alike, backed by Epson's 3-year warranty.
