Description

The Epson EB-PQ2008B is an 8,000-lumen 4K laser projector from Epson's PQ series of compact installation projectors. It uses 3LCD technology with 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) produced by pixel shift, giving equal colour and white brightness, and supports HDR content for large-venue presentations, exhibitions and immersive displays.

The projector is supplied body only, so the lens can be chosen to suit the room. It accepts Epson's interchangeable powered 4K lenses, covering throw ratios from about 0.34:1 with the zero-offset ultra-short-throw lens up to around 7.16:1 with long-throw lenses. Keystone correction of up to 45 degrees vertically and 30 degrees horizontally, edge blending and curved-surface support help with multi-projector set-ups.

Connectivity includes HDMI, HDBaseT and 12G-SDI, with RJ45 LAN for network control. The laser light source is rated for 20,000 hours in normal mode and 30,000 hours in eco mode. This is the black chassis version.
