This is the point of the GV line: the parts that could listen to a room or reach a network wirelessly are removed at manufacture rather than disabled in software. The larger panel gives room for a proper control layout, a scheduling view or a conferencing dial pad without the cramped feel of a 7 in. screen.

Power and data both arrive on one PoE+ Ethernet run, which keeps a secure installation simple to audit. Surface mounts over 2 or 3-gang US, 2-gang European DIN 49073 or 2-gang UK BS 4662 boxes, so it drops into existing wall openings.
