Description
CS-BRDP-ACTSTYL= is Cisco's replacement pen pack for the Board Pro and Board Pro G2. It contains two active styluses, four AAA batteries, two spare pen tips and the small tool used to change a tip.
Pens are the part of an interactive board that actually wears out. Tips flatten, pens get walked off with, and a board with no pen quietly stops being used as a whiteboard. Keeping a spare pack on the shelf is the cheapest way to protect the investment in the board itself, and the two-pack means both the in-use pen and the spare are covered.
Note the generation: this pack is listed by Cisco for the Board Pro and Board Pro G2. The Board Pro G3 uses a different pen, CS-ACTSTYL= (single stylus), with CS-ACTSTYL-TIPS= for replacement tips. Check which generation of board you have before ordering.
