Description

This is a single-port advanced-version licence for ATEN RCMMS, the Windows management application for ATEN's RCM remote control and monitoring hardware. One licence covers one port on an RCM appliance, so a site licences exactly the number of monitored machines it runs.

RCMMS gives operators a single sign-on view of every RCM device on the network, a customisable panel array that shows up to 25 ports at once, and scheduled RPA scripts that can drive a monitored machine without an engineer present. Double-clicking a tile opens a full WinClient session on that port for hands-on intervention.

It runs on Windows 7 or later and stores its database with AES-256 encryption; user accounts, device lists and logs can all be exported and re-imported for backup. Licences are electronically delivered — available to order from TopAV.
