Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £99 or more including VAT, with next-day and timed-AM options available at checkout. Items showing as in UK stock are dispatched from within the UK, so no order crosses a customs border and there is no import duty or courier handling fee on arrival. For installation projects we can hold equipment and deliver to site to match your programme dates.

Warranty varies by model, and cover of up to 5 years is published on the products listed here, so check the specification on the product page for the exact term. The manufacturer warranty is honoured here in the UK, so if something fails you deal with us rather than an overseas seller in another time zone. Our own UK-based engineers install, commission and support what we sell, and can attend site when a system needs hands on it. Extended warranty and maintenance cover can be added to any order.

Yes to both. TopAV is the online arm of an AV integrator with 25 years of installation behind it, and installation can be added to most orders on the product page: mounting, cabling and containment, signal integration, commissioning against the agreed specification, and user training at handover. Our engineers are DBS-checked and safety-accredited, and we work in live schools, hospitals and offices with minimal disruption. We also accept purchase orders from approved education and public-sector accounts and invoice in pounds sterling with proper UK VAT invoices.
