Description

The QE55LST7DATXXU is the 2025 55-inch entry in Samsung's 'The Terrace' outdoor TV line - a consumer product engineered specifically for semi-outdoor use rather than a commercial signage panel. It carries an IP56 rating, protecting against rain, dust, insects and heat, and uses an anti-reflection screen intended to remain legible in partial ambient sunlight; Samsung explicitly recommends avoiding direct sunlight exposure.

Full specifications Compare alternatives

Picture processing is handled by a 4K AI processor powered by 20 neural networks that adjusts brightness, depth, contrast, motion and sound in real time, driving the Neo QLED panel's 3840 x 2160 resolution. Connectivity includes a built-in HDBaseT receiver for extending signal runs from indoor equipment, alongside Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

As a 'QE'-prefixed consumer lifestyle TV, it runs standard Tizen smart TV software rather than a hospitality or signage platform, and is commonly specified through AV integration and hospitality channels for hotel terraces, poolsides and outdoor lounge areas rather than sold direct-to-consumer for garden use alone. The model remains listed as current on Samsung UK, with 65" and 75" siblings also available.
