Logitech Tap with USB Kit - Graphite

Logitech Tap is the touch controller that starts the meeting. The 10.1in 1280 x 800 screen sits at a 14° angle in a low-profile enclosure and carries an oleophobic anti-fingerprint and anti-glare coating, so it stays legible under room lighting. A built-in PIR motion sensor wakes the panel as someone approaches and lets it idle when the room is empty.

This USB Kit version connects to the room host over USB Type-C, working with USB 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 ports, and is supplied with a 5 m USB 2.0 cable and a 1.5 m USB-C to HDMI cable. The HDMI input accepts wired content sharing at up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz, and a 3.5 mm four-pole headset jack and 12 V DC power input sit alongside it. An internal cable retention and strain relief system hides the cabling inside the enclosure and stops it being pulled loose.

The controller mounts on a 100 x 100 mm VESA FDMI pattern and has two Kensington lock slots, with optional Table, Riser and Wall Mounts available. Logitech certifies Tap with USB Kit for use in a bundle with a Lenovo ThinkSmart Tiny as an entry-level Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows solution, running on Windows 11. Two-year limited hardware warranty.

Note on availability: Logitech does not sell Tap with USB Kit as a standalone product in any region. Its own support documentation describes the kit as available only with the Entry Level Microsoft Teams Room Solution, and 939-002214 does not appear in Logitech's published VC Room Solutions part number guide.
