Everything you need to replace the paper visitor book with an electronic sign-in system, in one order. Visitors, staff and contractors sign in on a 21.5" iiyama touch screen standing on a Compulocks kiosk pillar, the Brother badge printer on the reception desk prints their visitor badge, and the Logitech webcam is there for visitor photos.

The iiyama ProLite TW2223AS-B3P has Android 14 built in, so the sign-in app runs on the screen itself with no PC to buy or hide. The Compulocks pillar stands on a large base plate with no drilling, tilts the screen for people standing at it, and has a branding panel down the front for your logo or the MassVisit name.

The kiosk is ready for MassVisit, the Mass Coms visitor management system: staff, visitor and contractor sign-in, printed badges with a QR code, pre-registration and host emails, and a live list of who is on site for fire roll call. MassVisit is sold and billed separately by Mass Coms at £499 per site per year on a three-year plan, with your first site free in year one, and needs a Mass Coms subscription.

No. MassVisit is sold and billed by Mass Coms: £499 per site per year on a three-year plan, with your first site free in year one, plus a Mass Coms subscription with a one-off £299 setup fee. This package is the kiosk hardware.

Where does the badge printer go?

On the reception desk next to the kiosk. The Brother QL-820NWBc joins your Wi-Fi or wired network, so there is no cable between it and the screen.
