Description

This bundle turns a small meeting room of up to five people into a Zoom Room without specifying components separately. It combines the Poly Studio R30 USB video bar, a Poly TC10 touch controller and an HP Mini Conferencing PC preconfigured for Zoom Rooms.

The Studio R30 captures 4K UHD across a 120 degree field of view with 5x electronic zoom, and Poly DirectorAI provides speaker, group and people framing plus presenter tracking. Its three-element beamforming microphone array picks up voices to about 4.5 m at 84 dB SPL at 1 m from the integrated mono speaker, with Poly NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence suppressing background noise and conversations outside the room.

Meetings are controlled from the Poly TC10, a 1280 x 800 touch panel that pairs over the network. The HP Mini Conferencing PC runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise on an Intel Core i7-12700T with vPro and a 256 GB NVMe SSD, and includes two DisplayPort to HDMI 4K adapters and a VESA mounting sleeve. A Zoom Rooms licence is required and is sold separately.
