TopAV buying advice
Is the iiyama LH3275HS-B1AG right for your reception?
The small screen for a reception desk, a menu board or a corridor notice point.
Shortlist the LH3275HS-B1AG where the audience stands close to the screen and the message is short: a welcome board behind a desk, a room status panel, a canteen menu, a queue position or a corridor notice point. At 5.2kg one person can hang it, the housing is metal rather than plastic, and the IPS panel holds its colour when people walk past it at an angle rather than standing square on. It carries more memory and storage than the larger LH60 models alongside it, which makes it the more comfortable of these displays for a slightly busier layout.
Reasons to shortlist it
- Android 11 runs on the display itself with iiSignage2 content management, EShare wireless sharing and FailOver input recovery, on 4GB of memory and 32GB of storage, so a scheduled playlist runs and updates over the network with no media player box behind the screen.
- That 4GB of memory and 32GB of storage is double the memory and double the storage of the LH60 models in this range, and the processor is an eight core A73 and A53 combination with a G52 MP8 graphics core rather than the four A53 cores used there, so it copes with a busier layout.
- It is rated for 24/7 non-stop operation and is fanless, with anti image retention built in. That is the difference between a signage display and a television: it can stay on every hour of the year, it makes no noise in a quiet reception, and a static logo or a fixed header will not burn itself into the panel.
- The IPS panel with its anti-glare coated, matte glass keeps colour and contrast usable from an angle, which matters on a screen mounted above a desk or along a corridor where almost nobody reads it from dead centre.
- Connections cover two HDMI 2.0 inputs, with audio return on the second, plus a DisplayPort 1.2 input, two USB 2.0 ports, and both RS-232c and wired LAN for control, alongside built-in 802.11ac wireless. An estate can be monitored and switched remotely over the network or from a room control system.
Check before you choose
- This is a Full HD 1920 x 1080 panel, not the 4K of the larger models in this range. At 32 inches and normal reading distance that is sharp enough for menus, wayfinding and room signs, but it is the wrong screen if the content is a detailed plan, a dense timetable or a shared desktop that people will stand right in front of.
- It is rated at 500 cd/m2, which is an indoor brightness. It suits a foyer, a canteen or a corridor away from direct sun, and it is not the high-brightness tier you would put in a shop window or behind glazing where daylight falls on the screen. Measure the light at the actual position first.
- Its MTBF figure is 44,000 hours excluding the backlight, against 50,000 hours on the larger models here, and it carries the lowest energy rating of the four, at class G. Neither is a fault, but on a screen expected to run continuously for years both are worth pricing in before you buy several.
See the 32" on your wall, to scale
On a phone, point your camera at the wall and see the 32" there at its real size. On a computer, upload a photo of the wall (or scan the QR code to take one with your phone and it will appear here) and drag the display around it to scale.

What to plan before installing the LH3275HS-B1AG
01
Position, orientation and light
Decide landscape or portrait, since both are supported, and measure the daylight falling on the position. Check the reading distance too: Full HD at this size is comfortable for short messages at a few metres. The mounting pattern is in the specification table; the screen weighs 5.2kg and measures 725.5 x 421.8 x 54mm, so a single fixing point on a solid wall is usually enough.
02
Content and network
Decide whether the content runs on the built-in Android 11 system with iiSignage2, or on an external player over HDMI or DisplayPort. If it runs on the display, agree wired LAN or 802.11ac wireless access with your IT team, since scheduling and updates travel over the network. iiyama lists a 200 x 200 mm VESA pattern.
03
Control and power
Plan how the screen is switched on and off. Wired LAN and RS-232c are both available for control, and the panel draws 46W typically with 0.5W in standby, so a socket behind the mount is all the power provision it needs. Tell us if you want the mount or the installation quoted alongside the display.
Display price is for the panel. Installation and optional equipment are quoted separately. Purchase-order terms are available to approved education customers.
Build a quote you can compare
Include these details in your project enquiry so the quote covers the room as well as the screen.
- Number of displays, site postcode and required date.
- Furthest viewing distance and available wall space.
- Wall type, fixed mount or adjustable trolley, and cable routes.
- Laptop model, teaching apps, and any camera or Windows PC needs.
Ask for separate equipment, delivery, installation and licence costs, with a total including VAT. Confirm warranty coverage and any registration requirements before placing the order.

iiyama LH3275HS-B1AG questions answered
Who is the iiyama ProLite LH3275HS-B1AG best suited to?
It fits the small signage jobs: a welcome board behind a reception desk, a room or department sign, a canteen menu, a queue or ticket position, a staff notice point in a corridor. It is a commercial display built to run continuously rather than a television, and at 32 inches it is meant to be read from a few metres rather than across a room.
Does it need a separate media player?
No. Android 11 is built into the display with iiSignage2 content management, EShare wireless sharing and FailOver input recovery, running on 4GB of memory and 32GB of storage. A playlist can be scheduled and updated across an estate over the network. Two HDMI 2.0 inputs and a DisplayPort 1.2 input are there if you would rather drive it from an external player or a PC.
Is it 4K?
No. This model is Full HD, 1920 x 1080 at 60Hz, while the 43, 55 and 65 inch models in this range are 3840 x 2160. At 32 inches, Full HD gives a comfortable pixel density for menus, room names and short messages. If the content is a detailed plan or a dense timetable that people will read from close up, step up to one of the 4K sizes instead.
Can it run all day, every day?
Yes. iiyama rates it for 24/7 non-stop operation, it is fanless so it adds no noise to a quiet space, and it has anti image retention for content with fixed elements such as a logo or a header bar. Its MTBF figure is 44,000 hours excluding the backlight, which is lower than the 50,000 hours quoted for the larger models in this range.
Can it be mounted in portrait?
Yes. iiyama lists both landscape and portrait orientation for this model, so it works as a tall directory or a wayfinding panel as well as a wide menu board. Set the orientation in the display settings and lay the content out to match before you fix it to the wall.
Is it bright enough for a window?
Probably not. The panel is 500 cd/m2, which is the standard indoor signage level and is right for a foyer, a corridor, a canteen or a retail interior. A glazed shop front or a position with sun falling on the screen calls for the high-brightness tier at around 800 cd/m2. Measure the light at the position before you commit.
What connections does it have?
Two HDMI 2.0 inputs, with audio return channel on the second, one DisplayPort 1.2 input, two USB 2.0 ports, a 3.5mm audio output and 2 x 10W speakers. For control there is wired LAN and an RS-232c port on a 2.5mm sub-mini jack, and 802.11ac wireless is built in. There is no USB-C input, so a laptop with USB-C video output needs an adapter.
How is it mounted and how heavy is it?
It weighs 5.2kg and measures 725.5 x 421.8 x 54mm, so it is a one-person lift onto a standard flat wall mount. The mounting pattern is listed in the specification table on this page. Leave the rear connections reachable, since the HDMI, DisplayPort and network ports all sit behind the panel.
How much power does it use?
Around 46W in typical use, 0.5W in standby and 0.3W switched off, and it carries an energy rating of class G. On a screen that runs continuously that figure is worth multiplying out, particularly if you are buying several. The 43 inch model in this range is rated class E and draws a similar 45W despite the larger panel.
Should I choose the 32 inch LH3275HS-B1AG or the 43 inch LH4360UHS-B2AG?
Choose by reading distance and content. The 32 inch is Full HD on an IPS panel rated 1200:1, with 4GB of memory and 32GB of storage, a metal housing and a DisplayPort input, and it weighs 5.2kg. The 43 inch is 4K UHD on a VA panel rated 4000:1 with deeper blacks, three HDMI inputs and a wall mounting kit in the box, but it has 2GB of memory, 16GB of storage and a plastic housing, and weighs 9.1kg. Both are 500 cd/m2, 24/7 rated, fanless and run Android 11 with iiSignage2.
