Description
The Panasonic PT-REQ15BEJ is the world's first 1-Chip DLP projector to combine 15,000 lumens of brightness with genuine 4K imagery. It uses Panasonic's Quad Pixel Drive 2-axis pixel-shifting technology on a WUXGA DLP chip to reproduce deep, smooth, 4K-equivalent (3840 x 2400) detail, making it suited to immersive entertainment, simulation and large-format visualisation projects. Like its REZ15 sibling, the REQ15BEJ delivers its full rated brightness from standard AC 100-240V power, avoiding expensive high-voltage electrical installation work. The solid-state laser light source is rated for 20,000 hours of maintenance-free running behind an IP5X dust-protected optical engine, and an Intel SDM-compatible expansion slot supports third-party control and network boards. Additional capabilities include 2K/240Hz low-latency video playback and Panasonic's Evolved Dynamic Contrast (25,000:1) and Rich Color Enhancer processing for punchy, accurate colour reproduction in demanding installation environments.
