The Sony FWD-43X80L is the commercial FWD-series variant of Sony's BRAVIA X80L, sitting above the entry-level S35 (BRAVIA 3) line with Sony's 4K Processor X1 image engine for improved detail and colour reproduction. It's a versatile 43" option for meeting rooms, hospitality and hybrid signage/broadcast environments that need a step up in picture quality from the base commercial tier without moving to a professional (non-tuner) display. Google TV gives access to a full range of streaming and casting apps, and the built-in digital tuner lets the display show broadcast television directly without additional set-top hardware. As a genuine FWD commercial model, it carries Sony's 3-year PrimeSupport warranty rather than a standard consumer guarantee, and includes the connectivity and control options integrators expect (multiple HDMI, IP control, RS-232C). This is a non-touch display intended for one-to-many viewing.
