Vaddio’s IntelliSHOT-M ePTZ camera allows AV integrators to adjust the autoframing experience for speed, sensitivity, image size, and more. Vaddio’s IntelliFrame technology is the result of years of research and engineering, delivering the most natural and reliable auto-framing experience. Other cameras on the market rely on facial recognition, and typically fail with facial coverings or falsely identify objects like posters on the wall or woodgrain on furniture as people. IntelliFrame uses a combination of exceptionally sensitive motion detection and sophisticated algorithms to deliver smooth, accurate, and reliable participant framing – without using facial recognition.
You’re in Control
AV Integrators can now promise personalized video performance with every installation. IntelliFrame can be fine-tuned remotely by support staff through the camera’s web interface.
- Define maximum zoom levels to ensure optimal image resolution

- Define areas where motion is ignored, to prevent unwanted framing changes
We know there are situations where a user wants complete control of the room, so we made it easy to override IntelliFrame by simply steering the camera with the provided remote.
Pair the IntelliSHOT-M with our Vaddio Device Controller touch panel to bring simple, affordable control to the lectern or conference room table. IntelliSHOT-M offers 16 custom presets and a customizable home preset.

General Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@topav.co.uk to initiate a return. Please include your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorisation: Once we receive your request, we will process it and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at sales@topav.co.uk.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at sales@topav.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
