Shipping policy

Here at TopAV we do our best to make sure you receive the items you order as quickly as possible which is dependant on the following criteria:

• Stock being available (we indicate this in real time for about 95% of products)
• The time of day you place the order with us.
• Your payment being successfully authorised and then processed.

 

Interactive Flat Panels, Commercial Displays and Projector Screens ordered after 2pm and other items ordered after 4pm will be despatched the following working day. ‘Working day’ refers to Monday to Friday only and excludes all Bank Holidays. For example; If an order is placed at 7pm on Monday, the goods will be dispatched the following day on the Tuesday.

Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days from date of order.

Express Delivery: 1-2 working days from date of order.
