An intelligent network of sensors constantly monitors internal temperature and humidity levels, automatically activating internal fans or heaters as needed. IP56 Rated Enclosure
Designed to withstand the elements, the robust IP56-rated enclosure provides reliable protection against all wet weather conditions and airborne dust particles. These displays also feature a waterproof coati ng on all internal circuit boards and waterproof over-moulded AV connectors, guaranteeing long-lasting performance, even in the harshest conditions.

Internal Space for Third Party Media Player
Should you need run the screen from an external source, there is space to fit a small PC or media player inside the lockable compartment. This can then be connected to the display via the HDMI, VGA or 3.5mm audio inputs.
Remote Updates Available
The integrated Android media player allows you to easily update on-screen content via USB plug and play. Alternatively, upgrade your screen to be networked without needing any additional hardware to unlock our cloud-based CMS soft ware. Third-party soft ware can be installed instead if required.
Marine Grade Paint
Coated in premium marine grade black paint, built for long term performance in harsh outdoor environments including extreme weather and coastal conditions.

Returns for Businesses/Organisations (Non-Consumers)
If you are a business or organisation and wish to return unused items within 14 working days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
You can request a return by emailing sales@topav.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. While we strive to minimise costs for you, please be aware that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returns for Private Consumers (Consumers)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund (including delivery charges). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), final sale items and special order items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
