The Yealink YHS36, available in monaural (YHS36 Mono) and binaural (YHS36 Dual), is a professional analog wired headset to facilitate the conversations in ways that your concentration zone and focus is easily got in and the listening fatigue is reduced as well. Its ergonomic design and soft leather ear cushions make YHS36 comfortable enough for long all-day use.

- Receive Authorisation: Once we receive your request, we will process it and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
