Both the ActivPanel Element series and ActivPanel 9 can be managed, nothing changes in terms of users, organisations, devices covered and previous information is retained, the same applies to Radix integration.

How to Return an Item

- Receive Authorisation: Once we receive your request, we will process it and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
