How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@topav.co.uk to initiate a return. Please include your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorisation: Once we receive your request, we will process it and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at sales@topav.co.uk.
Damaged or Defective Items
